1. Hawa Yakubu was born in Tarkwa in 1948.

2. She comes from Pusiga.

3. She got married to Amadu Ayebo and had two sons and two daughters

4. She was elected in 1979 to the constituent Assembly.

5. She helped in writing the new constitution in the Third Republic of Ghana.

6. She helped both young and old, those without hope and comforted the poor in the society.

7. She earned the title "Iron Lady " in Ghana Politics.

    DR. ESTHER OCLOO

1.Esther Afua Nkulenu was born on 18th April 1919 in Peki.

2. She travelled to Britain to study food and know how to preserve them .

3. After school she moved to Accra.

4. She started her own business with a small amount of money.

5. She made jam and orange juice and sold them to schools and other companies.

6. She made her business bigger and called it Nkulenu Industries.

7. She made more items such as canned tomato and other ingredients for making soup.

8. She was awarded by the United Nations Hunger Project for leadership in working to end hunger in Africa.

9. She became the first female Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Women's World Banking from 1981 - 1985.

10. She died on 8th February,  2002.
