L’HEURE/ TIME

SAVOIR DEMANDER ET DONNER L’HEURE

To ask time in French, we use the expression:

Quelle  heure est-il? (what time is it?)     and to give the time in French we use the expression “il est + the time 

Eg. Quelle heure est-il? What is the time?

Il est sept heures…….It is 7 o clock
Il est  onze heures. ….It is 11 o clock

Minuit … 12 am
Et demi……….. 30/ half
